Mount Greylock Boys, Girls Close Dual Meet Season with Wins

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Kofi Roberts doubled in the 100 and 200 Tuesday to lead the Mount Greylock boys track and field team to a dual meet win over Mount Everett.

 

The Eagles took a pair of victories: in the 4-by-400 relay and in the shot put, where Robbie Schur’s mark of 37 feet, 4.5 inches edged the Mounties’ Gavin Hetherington.

 

Mount Greylock’s girls took first place in every event.

 

Katherine Goss won the 100, the 100 hurdles and the triple jump. Brenna Lopez doubled in the 800 and 1600.

 

Both teams now turn their attention to the Western Massachusetts Championships on Saturday at Mount Greylock
